Brewing the Booch
We start with organic black and green tea and brew that with real fruits, juices, and purees. We take great care to source the best gluten free and organic ingredients. Once we’ve brewed the tea we ferment it with our house SCOBY. We let the SCOBY ferment out all of the sugars so we’re left with a crisp, refreshing hard kombucha with none of the sugars or carbs.
